Our services refund policy
To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we offer a 15-day window for refunds on our services. If, within this period, you feel the service doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us at hello@marveta.com. We’re eager to listen to your concerns and do our best to address them. If we’re unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund.
Refund Process:
- For clients in India: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer.
- For clients in Canada: Refunds are processed through e-transfers, PayPal, or another suitable platform.
- For clients outside India and Canada: Refunds are processed through PayPal or another appropriate platform.
Note: Once a service has been fully delivered, it is considered complete, and we are unable to offer a refund. Services that have been started but not fully completed are also not eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be unreasonable or made with dishonest intent. Please note that any platform fees or transfer charges incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of approving the request.
Link building service terms
At Marveta, we’re committed to delivering reliable, high-quality link-building services. Here’s what you can expect:
- Link durability: The links we create are backed by a commitment to stay active for at least one year. Should any link be removed within this period, we will replace it with a link from a site of similar Domain Rating (DR) at no additional cost.
- Publishing limitations: Once a link or article is published, editing options are limited. If an error occurs, we’ll do everything within our capabilities to fix it, but please note that refunds are not provided in this case.
- Approval and placement: When you select or approve a site for your link placement, we consider it your final confirmation. Refunds or replacements are not provided for changes of mind after approval. This is because once you approve, we forward your suggestions to the webmaster, and repeated changes are not feasible.
